Must have Oregon ID. A lady gave me her cans ($35), because she had WA plates. She could not prove she had OR id. Another day I went, I was asked where was I from.👎 I'm sorry it's just cans. I believed it was about recycling

I suggest that you park farther away from the Bottle Drop front door like maybe in the Lowes parking lot area more, then load recycling into a shopping cart and push then to the return line. If they make like to make unfair rules skate around them. Think smarter. This suggestion of parking placement is in reference to the Delta Park - Bottle Drop location. If you go to a different location use the same concept, theres more than likly will not have a Lowes so park somewhere else away from the front doors of the Bottle Drop. Happy Recycling. Post script: If you dont want to turn them in or deal with all the rules the number of homeless is countless in the area. I'm sure plenty of them would gladly accept your donation in either Janzen Beach or Delta Park areas it would make there day.

You can buy a recyclable in OR and show them the receipt. They just want to see good faith.
