Yes. I had kaiser on my own before we were married and now have kaiser under my husband's employer (city of Portland). There may be specific plans still offered to retired gov. (School district) Employees and thier spouses even after retirement. You may want to inquire about that?

Yes. You can always straight up pay for any insurance plane not matter what you do or where you live. You can veiw all the plans online. You can also get OHP coverage gir free a little bit of a prosses and will take some time to get approved and have kaieer as you doctos and healthcare providers.
