Needed inner tie rods for a 96 Mercury Tracer. Three other stores gave me the wrong part, and the Ford dealer could not order it (you built the car!). Ordered at this NAPA AM, received the correct part PM same day. It seems a lot of people the past few years just want to throw up their hands; 'supply chain, 'COVID', etc. These folks made it happen, and these are the kind of people I want to do business with.

How is it that this places doesn't have anything? Napa use to be the place to go for mechanics. I go in to get ring gear bolts for Dana 44 and nope, don't have them, without even looking at the computer. Oh and I also need a spring for the hub of a Dana 44, nope don't have that either, without even looking. This guy knows his stuff! One of the most common axles and nope don't have anything for that, go to Six States! Sad....

On my way back tomorrow to return the wrong part that was given to me FOR A SECOND TIME PLEASE GIVE ME THE CORRECT CONTROL ARM THIS TIME! Make sure you check the part number and the part that is recieved. Even after making it abundantly clear they needed to give me the correct part this time, they still gave me the wrong control arm and you never know until you get it home and try to put it on but it doesn't fit right
