Avoid Tuality Medical Supply if you are able. They charged OHSU $245.27 for a $30 wrist brace. I was told at the clinic that it would cost "about $50.." which I thought was high, but agreed despite my reservations. Got the bill, $245.27. For a $30 item. 800% mark up. And we wonder why our health care system is so bad. It's corrupt and Tuality Medical Supply is part of the problem! AVOID! Tell your Healthcare provider you don't want to patronize Tuality Medical Supply!

We have experienced this company billing our insurance(and us) for equipment we are not renting. They have shipped and billed us for supplies neither we nor the Dr requested. They have been impossible to deal with in getting this corrected. I wouldn't consider them honest or ethical and certainly would not recommend them.

FAMILY FUN WITH KIDS PLAYING (Fun With Family)

Despite of me giving them a call numerous times but no one was answering their phone and I end up leaving a voicemail message all the time. To my dismay they keep sending my child the wrong size. This company is awful. They shouldn't be in business like this because they are unreliable. I am very disappointed. I will change supplier as soon as possible for my three children. Poor service!!!!

Staff basically friendly but didn’t go out of her way to assist me. I had to ask several questions to get the basic information on the item I was considering buying. I didn’t end up buying it as I wasn’t sure I had gotten all the information I needed - and they didn’t ask if I needed anything else, either.
