It’s really horrible when you go to get medical help and you’re told to go to Costco! And then someone sends your medicine that you really need to a place where you can’t even get what you need till Monday! I was seen on a Thursday! I’ll never go to this place again! They don’t help, and last time I checked, Costco isn’t a medical facility at ALL!

Receptionist was garbage and rude. Told "do not take your insurance go somewhere else" when their sign/website all options clearly state they do take that insurance and many other insurances. The place was empty and that must be why. THEY TURN AWAY PATIENTS WILLING AND ABLE TO PAY. Fire your whole front office and start over. Trash location.

Every other time I go here for urgent care It seems like someone has an attitude toward me. I am always very kind and respectful during my interactions with the Medical Assistants and DRs so It's very ridiculous to me that they give me attitude each time. I saw Nurse Practitioner Rochelle today and she was absolutely rude in the way she was discussing things with me and hardly let me talk or ask questions regarding the reason for my visit. Highly recommend going to a different location.

My mother was refused care today for removal of 3 stitches. Reasoning (?)....because they were administered at the Kaiser ED, at 3am, which was the nearest and available care facility at the time. She is not a Kaiser member. Legacy has no problem performing the simple procedure.
