I have been treated as less than a human being by this organization filled with judgmental, biased, non-empathetic people. I have either been falsely reassured for serious health concerns or told I have anxiety. Nobody of course apologized when my condition actually was caught months later. Now going through yet another round of this same problem, had to go out of network for merely getting a cardiology referral. I might need to live with the physical and mental trauma that Kaiser has caused me but nobody should go through the same.

Knee replacement surgery here. They did a fantastic job. Recovering well. Of course that is kind of up to each individuals effort. The facility was clean, employees friendly and lots of parking. I recommend parking in parking structure if you can. Otherwise it's a bit of a walk to bldg.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I have had multiple knee surgeries across the country and this place treats you like a herd of cattle with no sensitivity or personal care. Their “streamlined protocol for everyone” doesn’t allow for personalized plan of care for every patient. I am a nurse and understand this importance, kaiser obviously wants as many patients as possible to herd through their system for the $$.

I can’t thank you enough for ER, ICU and all hospital nurses, doctors and crews for taking very good care of my father, finding the cause and cure his illness and made him feel more better and back to normal now after being in the hospital for a week. All the nurses and doctors are very nice, professional, helpful and understanding. Thank you very much.

Not sure, but I would start by contacting your surgeon via messaging him/her on the Kaiser website. Probably someone on his/her surgical team will contact you and you can take it from there. Hope this is helpful!
