Yes it is wheelchair accessible the only area there are steps is if you're going to feed the seals for the gift shop which is only like three steps each
Yes it is. We had a baby stroller and got around just fine as well
Not really. There is only one way in and out and if I remember there's a couple of steps you have to go up.
