No. You have to pay to get in to the ENTIRE aquarium in order to feed the seals. But, believe me, the experience and fun is well worth the price!

Good question! I'd call and ask. The layout of the place seems to allow for people to do just that, but I'm not sure. That said, admission is well below 10 bucks and kids 5 and under are free. Great value for the expense.
They don't have otters.. It's $2 to feed the seals as of the year 2020
