If not a KM member it may not be possible to stay monthly. Members can stay (at some locations?) monthly only during the off season (Oct-Mar) by using their 3-week free and pay about $125+tax for what would normally be the week out. It has been several years since I've spent the winter months at just one KM so the price may be more now.
Members have a 14 day limit to stay, but in Elma at travel in K&M they have a section about that you could work a deal out Month to month !
It's a membership resort, but they will let u stay if not full, the price i don't know
