Cranberry Community - Long-term RV Park

New management is young, unavailable, unresponsive, and seems unenthusiastic about running a park. Cleanliness, landscaping, and maintenance has taken a nose dive since being sold last spring. The reviews tell the story as there hasnt been a positive review since April when new management took over. I guess it's time to go find a new campground!

New owners are not concerned or respondent to RV guest. In order to simply book a RV site you must compete an application which includes a fee for a background and credit check. You must state address, previous address, employer and previous employer and monthly income. AND still pay all amounts in advance upon arrival. Best question on the form—have you had a bed bug infestation!! No issue for the upfront payment but if so do you really need to have a credit check? The new company that bought the park manages mobile communities and is not running this like an RV park. And who knows when they will even tell you if you have been approved. It took me months of hearing no problem you have a space just to learn about this form. I have never heard of anything like this to stay in a RV park. If you want confirmation you have a place to stay when arriving, you may want to consider contacting a real RV park.

The lady that answered the phone was insanely rude. We called inquiring about monthly rates, and instead of simply saying they have none, and that being the end of it, she went on to say they only accept adults? Don’t know how many children call around inquiring about monthly stays at RV parks, but definitely won’t bother with this one again. Would give zero stars if I could. When working with people, learn how to speak to them !

Very clean and very well taken care of. Sights are decent sized and grassy. Full hook ups, new laundry machines and the owner is exceptionally nice and helpful. She made certain we got in our site and everything hooked up before she left. Highly recommend this park. Very pet friendly!
