This is a nice, quiet campground, with generous sized sites. Nice facilities, with a great little dog park. A very convenient location for both Seaside and Cannon Beach. The only downside is that some sites become very muddy after only a brief spell of rain. It feels like it may perhaps benefit from resurfacing. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

Clean, nice park with a very helpful front desk and open spaces for camping. We pulled in and noticed we had a broken leaf spring. Office suggested a very reasonable mobile repairman who came out on a Sunday evening and fixed us up. The office held us a spot in case we couldn’t get our spring fixed. Very accommodating. Will return here if we are in this area.

We loved this park. Very spacious sites in beautiful manicured grassy environment with mature trees throughout to provide shade. Sites were level, wifi was fast and dependable, utilities were great and the interior streets were easily navigated with our 40 ft coach and tow. Huge dog park. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here this week for the low tides and razor clamming. Did NOT disappoint! The park is easily accessible. Though right on Highway 101, the noise was not abrasive. This park is clean, very well kept and the people are very nice. Plus for us is the awesome fenced in dog area. Our Golden had a great time as well. We will most definitely return!!

With a month to month lease we were quoted $2100.00 per month. I hope it's wrong. A mortgage could be cheaper.

Van. My company is a Mobile rv repair company. I have not had that conversation with them. I do know it is very clean. The bathrooms are spotless. The grounds are very well maintained.
No tents I guess they don't let people with tents camp spruce run or fort Stevens they are both nice but fort Stevens has more to offer I like it a lot more
You need to call the park directly
No, they do not allow tent camping, strictly RV's.
Yes, its a good idea to call them. Sometimes you have to call several times before someone picks up.
I would suggest calling them. It's really the best way to get a quick answer.
It depends on the month. Anywhere from $575 to $1400. Summer months are the highest.
