First class campground. Easy access off of I5 highway. All roadways are blacktop and pads are paved. Check-in was easy. The entire campground was very clean with beautiful landscaping thtoughout. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back again. We were going to try the pool but I spent too much time out shopping and didn’t get to make it.

Was going to go here till I seen the prices and strange rules (10.00 to wash your car) as high as 1600 a month during the summer. This is crazy. Also an application fee to fill out the paperwork for their background check. Having been an rv'er all over the country this is all just ridiculous and unreasonable for an rv park. Where not buying a house here nor want to pay a house note amount when im bringing the building. Looking elsewhere.

Sun Outdoors Portland South (formerly Pheasant Ridge) is the 70th stop for us and we stayed for 7 nights. Very convenient to I-5 (limited road noise) and downtown Portland, you get a positive feel when you first pull in with the green spaces (for dogs) as well as the nice office area. The host doing the check in was very nice and they worked with me when I had a package arrive before we did. The interior roads are a bit tight (38 ft. Class A) and the concrete slabs are a bit narrow but the sites are generally level. There are mature trees, farmland and woods around you even though there is a Costco/Target/PetSmart shopping center just across the street. The buildings are very clean and they have numerous dog stations. For connectivity in the morning: T-Mobile 9.7 down/7.0 up; WiFi 7.5 down/18.9 up; Verizon 84 down/5.3 up. Overall, would rate a 4.6.

I lived here for about 16 months. The office ladies are very professional and sweet. They were flexible with my work due to me having to expend multiple of times. They even do courtesy reminders on buying rent so you weren’t late. The public areas, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and pool are always clean. If I ever come back to Oregon and this area they will be my first choice.

Officially, there is a 10 year age restriction on the RVs. In reality, I think they take it on a case-by-case basis. Especially when the park has spaces available.
