You're looking for a kill-a-watt, and probably better off at Fry's. You might get lucky at Surplus Gizmos, but I'd expect anything like that to be gone in seconds
It's possible, but this place is surplus. Every time I go in, it has a little different mix.
They carry some new stuff like volt meters and components. Most of the other stuff they have is cool industrial surplus stuff. I have never seen a wattage meter there.
