Nice area and facilities. Just make sure you park with a permit. If you get towed, River City Recovery will charge $450 cash minimum.

I've been living here one year and just happily signed the lease for another year. The apartment is spacious and fits my needs perfectly. You get more space for cheaper than the nearby apartments at Orenco Station. It's a quick 3-4m walk to the MAX station, but since Nexus isn't right on the line you don't have to listen to the MAX all day. We're within walking distance of the La Provence Bakery, Starbucks, Thai, Lebanese, Burgers, the Sunday Farmer's Market, and New Seasons. The gym was just renovated too and has a lot of nice workout equipment. Neighbors are never an issue either. Parking for myself is quite nice, though a bit convoluted for guests, which is easy enough to assuage if you let them know what to expect (you get two guests passes or can direct them to park on available nearby streets). I've always found the staff to be personable and respectful. Management and maintenance both have been quick to respond to concerns, questions, requests, and comments, and I often get caught up talking to them. All in all I see myself happily living here until I either move out of state for work or I'm ready to put a down payment on a house. I'm ready for year two! Also, these apartments are perfect for Hue ;)
