U have to be in line early. They come out and pass out numbers to people who have been in line. They let so many people in at a time. U just have to wait your turn. You will wait for up to 3 to 4 hours to be seen, but they check your pet & they care. The people who volunteer there are AWSOME!!!! GOD BLESS THEM.

3 to 5 but if u r not in line by now it will be tough to be seen. Give it a shot tho
