New client! I called in and got a very nasty Receptionist replying with Sarcasm and rudeness just because I asked if there were a chance to get an earlier appointment! Adam Called back and was very nice and convinced me it wasn't the ordinary so I kept the appointment. I met up with Dr. Kati Rob and the visit seemed going well! My puppies tested positive for Giardia and one of them stopped eating, I send an e-mail e didn't hear back, I called a day later and was told "We were just about to call you", go transfer to a nurse and they didn't tell me to ho to an ER emergency but to call them the following day at 7am hoping for the best that I might be a lucky client to call first to get a same day appointment ... "Hoping for the best?" even though you know of the problem etc... I felt there weren't much care of the client or patient but only about the transaction itself. This was just an awful experience customer service wise and care. The Vets might care but thats not what make the whole business I'm afraid. I send an e.-mail letting them know about my grievance requesting my records and without any apologies or human empathy as a response they just send me the reads requested. Thats not care.

Incredible team of vets, techs, assistants, and front desk. I'm blown away by how responsive the team is in getting our kitten the care that he needs with his condition, whether it is in refilling his meds, getting his special diet food, or returning our call for urgent checkups and tech visits. Their prices are also very reasonable. We're blessed to live so close by to such a great clinic.

I was very impressed with the care and treatment we received yesterday when we had our cat euthanized. I am a LVT but did not want to go to my place of work for such a difficult and personal event. We did not feel rushed, the staff were very professional and calm, there was no air of stress in the building at all. The staff were all pleasant and polite and our dear little Aero had such a peaceful end in a caring environment. Thank You.
