This was our first dining experience here, and wow…we were blown away! Such a great way to spend our anniversary and they staff made it very special. Loved all the different sauces and flavors in each dish and you can tell a lot of time and thought went into the preparation. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming here again. They change their menu every 3 weeks.

A fun, fancy vegan dinner experience. The multiple course dinner celebrates local farmers, with an emphasis on the produce. This works well, but might be slightly disappointing for people looking more for pure culinary craftsmanship, fully embracing whatever processing that might require. As one example, they reimagined a tom kha soup, but took out the coconut milk/cream and spice in favor of more of a vegetable puree. That's a peculiar choice, and a tough act to try that on. It was good, but didn't really compete with the intense flavors of the real thing. Still though, in general, some cleverly executed, well presented vegan food!

Had been wanting to come here for ages! It was a whole experience. Dining during the week starts at 7pm for all guests. You're welcomed in with a quick tour and beverage (alcoholic or non). You're then invited to choose your own seat based on your preferred noise level and visibility/access to the chefs. The head chef then addresses the entire restaurant with a brief speech about the ingredients, farmers, foragers, and menu. Then it's time to eat! Each course was absolutely delicious, flavorful, fresh, and seasonal. I really appreciated how much thought and effort went into the non-alcoholic drink pairings for every course. The food is primarily fruits and vegetables; there's little grain and no "protein items" such as tofu. Menus adapt seasonally every four weeks or so. Our favorites were the hasselback squash (potato croquettes a close second)and the carrot smoked vanilla ginger elixir. There's also a more casual, a la carte option for lunch diners. I would definitely love to be back for another special occasion to try another season's courses. The staff, food, and ambience were all impeccable!

This restaurant had been saved for a special occasion. Finally got a reservation here for a weekend dinner. This place is what vegan dreams are made of. Firstly, great ambience! Love the size and minimalistic interior. There is a pre-fixed menu that changes every month. You can factor in your allergies/restrictions when you book a table online. We did it through open table. And they did such a great job of remembering my online request when they served the food. The chef is amazing and knows his stuff! There is a dinner gong that goes off before they start serving and the chef explains all the 5 courses. It's kinda hard to remember all the complex culinary words but that's why they give you a menu about it :D Food - Five course. Five stars. Vegan. Perfectly balanced flavors, texture, quantity and warmth. I'll leave out the food details since the menu changes. If you're a wine person, you should opt for the alcoholic pairing. Great selection of wine. It really makes you a bit tipsy towards the end of it all. Ha ha! I'd say the price is worth it for the experience you get! One of us also got the non alcoholic pairing. It was amazing as well. My only issue was that there were too many good drinks and I was half full just by drinking them and couldn't finish the food. Can't wait to go back here and try some more vegan goodness soon!
