Literal angels!!!! From the moment I arrived to sign in to the time of our apt this faculty and team is amazing! Logan, was super inquisitive and very compassionate. My cat was completely comfortable in their facility. It was a very calm environment for staff and animals so I know that helped him too. After we finished up chatting with Logan as to why we were in we waited for our Dr who was equally as compassionate and kind. I will completely be coming here again, their cost is reasonable and their staff is amazing!

Walked in on a Friday afternoon and got seen instantly for my cat’s health exam. Staffs were super helpful and friendly, everything was clean and tidy, and great atmosphere! Note that they do offer walkins but make sure you check the wait time online before bringing your pet in.(they do get super busy in the morning) You can also walk in first to get on the waitlist and come back, they will call you once there is an open spot. 10/10 recommended, and for sure will be back!

I was really impressed by the tech that helped me. She was so friendly and helpful. I thought my pup was constipated and may have had a prolapse but since a vet was not available she checked her for me, confirmed she didn't have a prolapse, and gave me lots of good information and advice about her food. There was no charge for this quick visit and I went home with peace of mind and a plan of action. I'm always impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the vets at Urban Animal, but I was particularly impressed with the customer service I received at this location!

My kitten had a UIT, and they couldn't get her in at her normal vet, so they suggested Urban Animal White Center. I appreciate that they allow walk-ins since it's so hard to get appointments lately. I got there at 7:30 am and there were already several people lined up, but it was worth getting there early since we got a room immediately. Everyone who worked there was kind and attentive.
