My dog has a hernia for 5 years, she has been crying and not able to walk. It costs 1,200 dollars. I was wondering if we could get it done cheaper

Take her to Doney. They will refer you to a vet who will either help you for no cost or very low cost. I experienced a similar situation with my dog and Dooney referred me to Urban Animal. They helped me for free. Keep in mind that you must have the referral from Doney in order to receive the financial assistance. More than likely, Doney will be able to tell you when your first appointment will be with the new vet, and the amount you would be responsible for. If necessary, they should be able to get the ball rolling on an arrangement to make monthly payments. Even if your income is too high for you to qualify for most assistance, I strongly recommend that you take your dog to Doney.
