In a case like this you cannot avoid taking your cat to a vet to ensure it's health. Would you if it truly was your human child? I have most vets will work with on money. I have forgone food, clothes, put off car repairs, all to pay to prevent cat from dying. And as said elsewhere on this page, it is not a veterinary, there isn't a vet on staff there. They cannot give you medical advice, especially to avoid opening themselves up to liability issues.
Take your kitty to the vet to get an exam and get checked out! Very important. Hope your kitty feels better asap!!
Take her to a vet. This is an adoption shelter.
