Heartland posts all found dogs on their website! Any stray from Benton county should go to Heartland. You can fill out a lost report there as well - we check those whenever we get a stray to look for matches. There is also a very active lost & found page on Facebook for Corvallis & Benton county.
Yeah post a picture and info and description of dog. where they went missing,any predominant markings . And that he /she has a loving family wanting to be reunited with the dog .. pictures .. groups on Face book, specific towns or niebor hoods group pages . And plenty of thanks and ask that they also repost.. I titled mine . Help , Bring Buddy home ! And go to State Police volunteers page and post his picture , there is a national registry .. red rover alert.. and they do alot of the work for you. Its like an amber alert for dogs . Call the shelter, and ask for the animal patrol yo keep an eye out. Ask for people to repost.. my dog went on a memorial day vacation and we didn't get him back till monday afternoon. He went and partied ara state park the entire time. And once the crowd cleared a OSP volunteer spotted him... but call the shelter .. and surrounding shelters.
