For what? Just you, couple, or family? For a shelter they just need one with an opening when you go to tpi. Show up a little before one. That's when you UK can check for openings. There will be a line. Oh and expect some interesting people ..... always something crazy going on there.... Housing kn the other hand has a lot of hoops to jump through and first step tends to be getting in to a shelter.... if some one that works for tpi or the system(shelter, social worker, ect.)gets a beef with you for any reason at all expect the hoops to be unjumpable......
You Gotta Go To Tpi And Tell Them About That Your Homeless And They Will Put You into A Shelter and Help You Find Housing
