No, you do not have to have a child to get into the Willamette center. But you have to be a single female or a couple that can get into the Willamette center. It is ran by TPI which is transitional project Incorporated and the location of them is on 6th and Hoyt and you got to be there by 7 in the morning to check if there is an opening for the place. That's about all I can answer you with at this time. Because I'm a participant there myself with my fiance.

No children are allowed to stay thier its for singles or couples without children tye staff are great and helpful
