Yeah we wouldnt want to use that funding on something that would help the less fortunate out. Better to use it on a new state office building or maybe for some more cops and why do the people who work for the state or goverment act like that money is coming out of their own pockets

That would require a state wide online website or software that states dont have funding for. Not to mention if the software was to be hacked it could cripple our economy.

All the things you listed are completely unrelated. Some are federal others are only state government others still are federal programs that state government decides to fund for per their specific state. You can either deal with each specific departments own bureaucracy or gridlock ALL PROGRAMS ACROSS THE BOARD WITH 1, UNO, SINGULAR BUREAUCRACY WHICH WOULD BE 100000000% WORSE. There are 50 states in the union and none of them can agree on anything.
