Can the Princess cake be frozen? My family enjoyed it so much and now we are hoping to freeze the remainder. Thank you for responding to my question.

Do not freeze the princess torte, it will cause the whipped cream to break down as it thaws and you will have an oozing mess and the Marzipan will get soggy.

I agree, I've frozen cakes many times with no ill effects, though not this particular cake.

Hmm. I would think so. Just need to warm it up to room temp to let the whipped cream defrost.
