A very prompt, knowledgeable service. The shop appeared to be cleanly run and it was incredibly professional. I was looking for a car battery, and even though it initially appeared that they were out of stock, the employee gave me a call back when they found a better service. Will certainly be returning!

You sell the same parts as every other store, and what typically differentiates businesses that sell the exact same product is service. This place is AWFUL. My friend bought a head lamp for a Prius, they claim to install, but "ONLY on driver sides". My friend took the bulb to AutoZone. Asked to buy the same bulb if they would install, and they installed the bulb from O'Reilly for FREE!!! Go to AutoZone even if you have to drive farther, your overall time will be saved by not doing business with trash.

I came to this location after determining I had a bad battery, Patrick the Assistant Manager not only helped me determine that was the problem, but spent over 2 hours helping me get my old battery out, all while running back and forth to help other customers in the meantime! He lent me his own personal tools to pry some rusted bolts off, and really helped me do what I thought was impossible due to the difficult location of my battery. Patrick really went above and beyond to make sure that I got the help I needed, and I really can’t speak more highly of him! Thanks Patrick!!

I don't care much for the cost, but the quality and service is really good here. They let me borrow some tools to take my battery out. They didn't have a wrench I needed so they took one off the shelf for me. Pretty nice!
