There are some bike racks, but not sure if in a convenient location. I don't think there's too many, if there are, they blend into the mall decorations.

I worked at Westfield UTC for 3 yrs., there are bike racks you can chain up your bike nearby the Nordstrom in the parking structure (all levels have bike racks), there is another (small bike rack in between the Westfield Management Office, and the Dog Park.
