All Westfield malls have a Concierge booth I am sure you can call or just pull up the Westfield ITC Mall and go to the Directory and you'll find the specialty stores and services. Do park on Genessee Ave. side parking structure as it is a lot of walking. Nordstroms in nowhere near where the Valet is. (Use because I am disabled) We walked all the way across the entire mall. It is nowhere being finished and you get lost! I was crying by the time we got back I was in so much pain. But I digress...Google directory or call Concierge.
