The 99 Ranch Market sells an amazing variety of Asian foods. Fresh produce right at the entrance greets you. A huge store with just about any Asian foods or ingredients, you're sure to find what you are looking for! Visit the food court where 5 different restaurants offer freshly made Asian foods. Dine there or take out.

Masks are required in every place of business in the plaza. Home Depot usually has sanitizer on a table before entering. People are usually wearing masks inside the stores it's a slightly different picture in the parking lot for reasons I'm sure can be figured out.
You should call Pet Smart to find out. Their store is in the Balboa-Genesse shopping center across the street-the whole area is one huge shopping center. I don't know their phone #.
