Does anyone even work here? Doctor Allen is amazing. She is the only reason I still bring my kids here. I don't know if they are short staffed or maybe they just aren't trained to answer the phone or what is going on but I have been trying for 4 days to get ahold of someone about my son's medication and I can't even get a returned phone call or anything. This is ridiculous.

I have been trying to call for 3 days to get a hold of my doctor. And for 3 days, neither the front desk, nor pharmacy, nor nurses station has answered nor returned my calls. I have 3 scripts needing refilled, and even my pharmacy is still waiting on the prescriber to refill the meds. I need to be seen, and I can't even schedule an appointment. Wth is going on here???

They will help you if you have someone that helps you with bills or food or what not. They usually help with that, speaking from experience

Best quote is "no insurance no problem".. As mentioned before income based services, the proofs of income are your basic proofs for any business and they give you a time bracket to bring it back. Base fee for services is at least $25. No matter what take at least $25 with you. Opt for the in house pharmacy for all your medication because if you have them sent to a pharmacy with no insurance is outrageous (personal experience)... I am currently a patient with Diversity along with all members of my household.Awesome awesome awesome clinic..the service and hospitality of the employees are amazing.
