Lots of great shops from Ulta to Burlington to .99. Ive been to about 30 of the 40 shops in this nice strip mall. Not many homeless & safe.

I went to the Reading Town Square theaters here. They try to compete with more deluxe theatres like The Lot with an extensive food selection. The only problem was that they did not have very much in the fancy sandwiches. Just get some popcorn and drinks.

Beautiful murals, a large variety of stores, and clean well-maintained parking seems to have allowed Clairemont Town Square to keep it's rightful title in the community. Multiple entrance/exits from all main streets is a big plus on busy days - providing a constant flow of traffic (compare to Costco on Moreno Blvd with limited entrace/exit options). I'm constantly reminded how blessed I am to have this shopping center so close to home.

The security officers there don't have an office on-site. If you see one walking around grab their attention. In an event you have an emergency call 911.
The movie tickets are $8 for adults.
