Sunday around lunch time. They had a great selection of foods. Only 1 register open along with the self checkouts. The lines were ridiculous. Left without a purchase.

There's a woman that works the night shift here and I don't understand how she still has a job. She's so unbelievably rude to the customers. She oversees the self checkout area. If you shop here frequently, you know who I'm talking about. I had my 15 year old son with me and we were buying valentine's day cards but she didn't see us scan them since her back was facing us. My son picked up the items already scanned to put them in a bag and that confused the scale so we needed an override. She came over and made us take every last item out of our bag and show her that everything got scanned. So basically she was implying we stole, which we didn't! Once she saw everything was accounted for, she walked away- without apologizing or admitting she was in the wrong.

I like Ralph's. I really like this Ralph's. Very clean, well stocked. Love they have Frosty Paws, doggie ice cream. Hard to find. Also love their vegitarian Marie Callenders pot pies, hard to find. I will shop here again.
