Of course! You should Absolutely bring your baby to the movies if you want to! There is nothing wrong with a mother who loves her kid(s) and takes them to do family outings and activities. It would be WRONG if someone told you otherwise. In regards to the COVID regulations; I don't know why they would have separate rules for an infant, but I suppose it wouldn't hurt to call the theater you are planning to attend and ask their specific regulations..
