Your view of the stage is partially blocked.
Seats at the extreme sides can miss a bit of the far side/rear corners of the stage. If you're sitting in the extreme front/house right, you'll have a hard time seeing the far upstage left. And vice versa.
There are a a couple of places inside the theater that can block your view to some of the stage. Usually on the far sides.
It means to will probably not be able to see the whole stage from your seat. Depending on what kind of performance this is, it will matter more or less. I saw an off Broadway show, and it mattered more. I saw a ballet, and it mattered less.
When I saw Lion King, we couldn't see movement on the same side of the stage as where our seats where. Its not bad, but it might be worth extra money depending on what show you're seeing.
I didn't think there were any at Keller, but it means some portion of your view of the stage is blocked.
