David Collins greeted me with a friendly smile and hello as soon as I entered the store. A lovely change from other stores where the employees were more interested in chatting up their co workers or checking their phone social media. I had just moved to the area from out of state and only moved some of my former furniture. I have been a long time Mor’s customer. I told him that I wanted to see a particular table and chairs that I had seen on line, and he directed me straight to them. They were exactly what I wanted. I then asked to see the sofas and love seats. I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but after being shown quite a few choices we found a set I really liked. While the table and chairs were in stock, I will have to wait about 10 weeks for the sofa and love seat, but I am sure I will enjoy them when they arrive, which is the only reason this review didn’t get 5 stars.

We bought a couch that we really liked. One side opened and then shut and then opened again and never shut again. It is broken and they set up a technician to come out and due to some mix-up they aren't going to be here for another week. It's that'll be 2 weeks with our brand new couch in the open position. I called them to set up the repair within an hour of the original delivery. They won't take it back, they won't fix it and they call at the last minute to tell me there was a mix-up and they won't be here to fix it today. I took a day off of work to be here for this repair. I will never shop here again. Edited to add- if you were really sorry you would let me bring it back to you. But I can't cuz I have to wait for the technician to come make sure it's actually broken. I have a video I can show you. I'd love to bring it back to you and show you in person.

Worked with David at the 205 location - purchased a dining room table. Enjoyed my experience at Mor and working with David. He provided plenty of options (we were also looking for a couch) he is knowledgeable in inventory and their financing available. Not pushy whatsoever. Highly recommend 👌

Amazing service! Fong Her was an amazing staff member. He quickly showed me the furniture piece I was looking for. Took me around the store and explained all the benefits/features of each one and how they differ. Mor has a wide selection of many different furniture pieces in many different colors. With quick service that was clear and exactly what I needed, I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes with a new couch purchased to be delivered to me within the next week. Will definitely come back here when I need new furniture.
