Right now (early August, 2022) they are having a going out of business sale and selling chairs and lamps for less than what they themselves paid for them. I was told they might close any day, and the owner is hoping to find someone to purchase all the rest of his inventory that is left.

I was in there about a month ago with my brother and right away, we were welcomed by Sean Lamb. He was very helpful and very well knowledgeable, yet was in no way pushing me to buy a thing. He gave me all the time to walk through the store until I finally made up my mind and I am so happy with what I have purchased. They have excellent customer service and excellent products. I love every piece of my new recliner! And......their delivery service is amazing as well! Great personalities!

They will take old chair for recycling
We do not perform work outside of warranty service but we can recommend a company called Big Sky Upholstery Repair who can likely do this work for you. We can't post their number here but if you call our store we can give you their contact information.
This is currently correct for our lift assist recliners. We also currently have recliners that start under $300, power recliners under $400, and leather recliners under $500.
The cheapest chair is 699.00 and goes to 899.00. The USB port is on the controller that moves chair.
Yes, they have experienced and expert service technicians and are very knowledgeable about their chairs, including which ones are and aren't worth repairing. Honest store, staff and sales staff.
Delivery is included with purchase. They did a good job of coordinating the delivery and set up with my move in. Great service on that point and all others.
Yes they do have chairs with heat and message. I wasn't looking for that so I don't know the cost. Call them and I'm sure they can help you out.
Unfortunately we don’t sell miscellaneous chair parts but eBay seems to be the best source for the random chair leg. I’m sorry we couldn’t be of more service
I've purchased from the one on Powell and they did not have Lazy-Boy brand. I think you need to go to a Lazy-Boy store. I purchased a Best petite recliner last year & a wing back and love them! Great quality and fabric choices.
