Yeah, it's only $5 to park in the complex right next to it. Just drive past the entry doors and you'll see a sign. It's the best price I saw.
Park a couple blocks away. Everyone has a tendency to park within 2-3 blocks and they have to wait. Portland blocks are short. Get 5 blocks out and you'll be fine.
Park across the street in the garage
Several parking garages within a few blocks, when choosing one consider your route home, i.e. if you go west home pick one with an exit on Clay. We like one that is small that's 2 blocks up from the Keller on the other side of the park, easy in and out.
