I love Portland Center Stage! The productions are always fantastic and from the moment you enter the door, operations are well thought out and smooth. Staff and volunteers are friendly and welcoming. Check it out!

I always enjoy seeing a show here. Great small venue! We saw Rent and it was Broadway worthy fabulous!

Great venue ... the main theater has great sightlines, acoustics and intimacy, black box is very good. Just saw freestyle love supreme ... very fun show ... and many others such as in the heights, Astoria, etc.

We saw The Color Purple. It was one of the best plays!!!!!!!!!! From the stage to the orchestra, to the cast to the costumes. Truly the best acting/voices ever. These actors/actresses are so very talented. Tears, frog in the throat and heart racing talent! Would see it 100 times over. Loved Squeak and Mister! Celie....no words to describe her talent!

Anything from casual to fancy. I use visits here as an excuse to get a bit dressed up, but it's not required.
The first Sunday of preview performances is the pay what you will show. Tickets go on sale at noon for the 730pm show.
It looks like David Sedaris is playing at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, not The Armory. Here's a link to their site: https://www.portland5.com/arlene-schnitzer-concert-hall/events/evening-david-sedaris. We hope you enjoy the event!
If I remember correctly they have both more accessible stadium style seats labeled handicapped, and full on open spaces for wheelchairs, which could also easily fit a scooter. They're quite friendly and professional over there, so I say just show up and say Hi. Hope that helps :)
Minimum age is 6 according to Portland Center Stage.
Portland Center Stage along with a lot of other performance venues have tickets available for just $5 if you have a valid Oregon Trail Card. Call ahead and enjoy the show.
Yes, of course you can! Online or at the box office. (And I recommend you do!)
They host general auditions once a year - usually in April or May - and there is often Arts for All (greatly reduced) pricing for classes. Check them out here: https://www.pcs.org/education-and-community-programs/adults
Youll need to check with the box office for that.
Yes, park in the parking lot by Whole Foods or the one "kitty corner" to the theater on 11th and Davis -- NW corner.
