Love the auditorium and layout. We watched the last day of CATS, the musical and it was great. Right infront of the auditorium 1 is a great waterfall fixture (Keller Fountain) that families are enjoy.

The Keller was good!!! The staff was a bit frantic with lines and moving people around. I feel they could have done a better job explaining to people what was going on when they were telling us to move to different areas while in lines. They could have benefited from having multiple band merchandise tables since that line was inside the building running down the length of the entire first floor all the way to the entrance. It was a bit chaotic. The bands were great! The crowd was fun, but not too rowdy for the experience. I hope that the staff can come up with better ways to address safety issues with patrons and organize the inside of the main floor better, otherwise, it was great!

Been here a few times. The staff is allways great. This Auditorium is a great experience. 5 buck parking near on Sundays.

I can hardly wait till theater is a regular activity in my mother's and my life again! The lighting: superior, the entrance, the atmosphere, the location: another world! The productions are worth year round tickets! I adore that we have such a fine establishment to enjoy live theater not too far away. Always, always an adventure that has never disappointed - since I was a freshman in HS, going on over two decades if enjoyment π

There are parking garages really close to the Keller Auditorium. The prices weren't that bad
Hi Sybilla, give our box office a call at 800-273-1530 and they'll be able to look up your order!
Parking structure on Market St. Between 3rd ave& 2nd ave charges five($5)
Hi Matthew, each show has different age polices, which are listed on the event's page at www.portland5.com, and some tours / organizations utilize their own ticketing systems. Best to check with the box office staff on the specific event you're interested in.
Hi there! Broadway in Portland often has last-minute auctions for discounted tickets. Sign up for their e-club to be notified when there are special offers at https://shows.broadwayacrossamerica.com/por-eclub
The Hotel Zags is just a couple blocks from the Auditorium... Check out the list of local options over on our website: https://www.portland5.com/keller-auditorium/where-stay
We have a curbside drop-off area directly in front of the auditorium, and there are quite a few parking garages on each block immediately surrounding the building with accessible spaces: https://www.portland5.com/keller-auditorium/directions-parking If you need to make any additional arrangements, don't hesitate to give us a call at 503-248-4335 More information: https://www.portland5.com/keller-auditorium/seating-accessibility
Contact Keller and they can email them to you or do will call
No when I went we weren't allowed to bring food in
I went to Hamilton at night in sort of dress casual. A full length skirt with a matching turtleneck. I did see other dressed up people, but I also saw a few pairs of jeans.
The first row of the balcony would be best, with the center rows of the orchestra being a close second. As others have said, there aren't any bad seats as any show there will make it great for all seats.
Empty water bottle... we watched the last show last Sunday 6/26/22.
As of March 12, 2022, requirements for entry are determined by performance. Please check your event page at www.portland5.com for any mask and vaccine requirements. Policies are subject to change at any time.
Who knows? When this virus is vanquished.
Given that the state has banned gatherings of over 250 people, I think it must be. I would give them a call to confirm, they will have to issue refunds to everyone so its liable to take a while.
Our concessions offerings can vary a bit from show to show, (water, beer, wine, soft drinks, pretzels are pretty standard, occasional other vendors) and the Keller CafΓ© is an option prior to many events: https://www.portland5.com/keller-auditorium/keller-cafe
I love this venue. I always do will call and it's so easy. Seats are a little tight but they do have bigger seats for the asking. Parking is close and easy also.
Your best bet is to look on their website vs. Asking a question on google. You'll likely get your answer much faster.
We have trouble finding close accessible parking on busy nights. There's usually a few minute walk when we've gone for performances.
Hi Tina, unfortunately we cannot verify third party ticket purchases, as there's no way to know if that ticket has been re-sold multiple times. Give us a call at 503.248.4355 for more information.
Hi Marc, 2 hours prior to showtime for almost all events, with The Price is Right Live being one exception - we'll be opening 3 hours prior: https://www.portland5.com/keller-auditorium/box-office
There is parking around the building and in several parking lots around the building, but there isn't a parking lot specifically for the Keller Auditorium
Parking garage that is diagonal to keller and next to park
Hi Terri - Please contact Broadway in Portland for all matters regarding season tickets (the season tickets aren't sold on our system): 503-417-0573
The show is 2 hours and 22 minutes long, including two 20 minute intermissions.
They are at the extreme sides of the seating area, close to the stage, so you might miss a bit of the far upstage corners closest to the box seats. It's less of an issue for concerts, or shows like Singing Christmas Tree, but you might miss a small bit of the action for things like dance & Broadway shows.
Hi David, the phone number for Portland'5 Centers for the Arts is 503-248-4335
Parking structure on Market St. Between 3rd ave& 2nd ave charges five($5)
No parking at the Keller Auditorium but multiple parking garages all around the area
As with most policies, it depends on the particular show.
Have no idea...possibly. It is located a few blocks from the protests.
Your view of the stage is partially blocked.
Contact Keller.
These questions are community answered. As mentioned already, direct dontact with Keller Auditorium would be necessary to setup a tour.
There are parking garages all around it one can use for a fee of about 5-6 dollars during a show.
There is never a dress code, but people do generally wear business casual. This said, I saw someone in cutoff courderoy shorts at Cabaret. They weren't kicked out, but definitely stood apart from the crowd. My preference; nice jeans and sweater or button up, or favorite party dress of the season.
Right next to it is two parking Garages. The one on the south side is $5, the one NW of it is $6. Prices may change depending on the show, but they've been the same every time I've checked.
Portland mercury website keeps old concert info on their website, just Google search with mercury, venue and band name
Garage located across the street. Short walk.
Higgins, and Nel Centro are both a short walk. I agree with recommendation of Mortons; their bar food is not usual "bar food" .
