hello i was told to come into your office to see if you guys could help me with assistance in paying a portion of my rent. Do i need to set up an appointment to do this? and what all do i need to bring into the office with me?

When ive gone, ive had to make an appointment in person. When you come back for the appointment ive brung the bill i needed help with and 30 days of pay stubs. Past that my id and just to be safe a peice of mail with my name and Address on it. They will tell you what to bring when you make the appointnent though.

You need your ID the place where you live information it's got your place where you live how much you pay rent make sure you have the phone number of where you live to the office of the complex also ask the person who is going to help you with the rent what you need to bring as well that way you have everything that they need they should tell you that before you go into your appointment everything that you need if you have to call him tomorrow and ask him again what is it that you need to bring in for your appointment and make sure you have it that day your appointment time and day God bless
