Call 211 and they can tell you exactly what you need ,there's even places you can go with no ID ,but that's my best answer the folks over at united way have access to a lot of services you might not no even are available,
You usually need your ID and a peice of mail.
You will need information as per legality and personal records for each family member/ household member
