Went to Luis to get a sub, amp, and head unit installed. Amp and sub were fine, but the head unit was totally crooked. I asked him if he can fix it, he said it wasn’t possible. Knew that couldn’t be true so I went straight from Luis’s shop to Car Concepts downtown who said that it was an easy fix and all the instructions needed were right in the manual. Hate to say it but I wish I would’ve just gone to Car Concepts in the first place.

Luis is knowledgeable and an honest business owner. After buying a defective stereo and needing to exchange it with the manufacturer, for manufacturer error, he helped me find the receipt that I had lost after purchasing through hook up your system. He does quick and very good work. Will definitely take any audio system upgrades to him in the future

I recently bought a new DIY stereo system for my Toyota Corolla and tried installing it myself but when I would plug it in it would not work. I called several places and mechanics and car stereo shops nearby and they all refused to help me. Finally I called this place and they said that they would happily help me out. I went here and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and before you know it my stereo was in my car working!
