Went in and rent a truck about 6:00 pm. They stated they need it back by 7:30 the next morning even though we actually needed for 24 hours. We did our best to get back early and actually returned it 3 hours after we rented it to make sure they had it so they wouldn’t be in a bad situation. Cleaned the truck, filled it up with gas, dropped off the key. Next morning got the charge for AFTER HOUR SERVICE FEE of $20+ because I didn’t put the mileage in the uhaul app. They open at 7:00 AM and they were not working after hours??????? What did they do other than enter in mileage, which is part of their job during normal hours? Seem fair to anyone else? Never go here again. In the past, I have always been able to return like I have after hours with no problems.

Natasha And Whitney were super nice to me very personally invested in helping me out of the situation I was in and they really on the fly, half hour before closing on a SUNDAY got me in and out of a moving van so that I could better my life. Truly you will never see a hero in a cape but there is 2 that work at this Uhaul facility thank you ladies for keeping me out of jail👑👑 Daniel Houston

Best U-Haul location, very personal staff! I rented a 10ft truck, was in an out no issues, the return was painless. Next day I realized i left my sun glasses in the U-Haul, attempted to call but couldn’t get through, went by the store and the young lady pulled out a few pairs that weren’t mine, i left the store sad, as I was pulling out of the parking lot, one of the young ladies flagged me down and asked me if these were mine, i said YES! I thanked her, told her she made my day! I’ve had my Ubox delivered here when I moved and the staff here is just so accommodating!

Super awesome staff. I didn’t have a reservation and the lady offered me different size trucks to see if she can get what I need taken care of, then even offered to check other locations and set my reservation up right then and there. 10/10 would recommend!
