I need to get a global entry card as I leave for Mexico on October 12th. Can I get the interview in Portland?

Very slow process. Online application with online interview schedule. Yes I did it in Portland but didn't receive pass prior to travel...takes 2-3 weeks

I would recommend getting it on the way back into the US. You do have to sign up online for an interview. My appt took 1.5 years. Do do it at the entry airport.

First you apply online then you need an appointment. You may qualify for an interview when you return from Mexico

Yes at US Customs and Border protection office near the Portland airport. Need to first apply on line.
