The officer running Global Entry interviews was super helpful and accomidating. Due to random events and a lack of available appointments to schedule, we drove all the way out to the airport in the hope of getting a walk-in before our Global Entry application expired. It is important to note that they do not accept walk-ins, but when we explained the situation, the officer had us wait in the hopes of an opening. We got lucky, and had our interviews...thanks to the accommodation from this officer.

Came here for my scheduled appt for Global Entry 15 mins early today. Super easy to locate at this newer location, free convenient parking and was let in right away with no delays. The agent was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. He shared his email for some extra details I need to submit and hopefully I will get the card sooner than later. No issues at all whatsoever. The agent further explained they have moved to this location due to the ongoing remodel of the airport. Also, I had lost my letter with interview time and details, also forgotten when I actually submitted my application. Was no biggie! He had all the info. In and out in like 8 minutes with prints and photo taken.

Officer Hudson needs to be jailed. He will face the proper punishment soon. This is no joke what he has done. Completely illegal and no officer should be proud of that. The video on line is proof that this man is a threat to society. FIRE THAT LITTLE TINY MAN.

Wow Just watched the video on YouTube. Your officer Hodgson and pals just made your whole department look ugly and uneducated. Hope that poor citizen gets every penny he deserves. Hodgson trampled on the constitution and abused his rights to wear a badge.

came I come into an office in Portland to secure a global entry card? I need to have the interview. I travel to Mexico on October 12th....so I'd like to have it before then.
keep checking - sometimes people cancel appointments and you can grab one of those.
Very slow process. Online application with online interview schedule. Yes I did it in Portland but didn't receive pass prior to travel...takes 2-3 weeks
I'm not sure what magic cars are but generally the seller just ship it to you
I delivered construction equipment there. My visit wasn't typical. You have to have an appointment for anything DMV related so I would imagine you need an appointment to get your car taken are of.
you need to go into the custom office thru the back door, there has been some maintenance work going on in the building.
Pdx airport Global Entry office
I'm disappointed in trying to finish my application. I first applied on 4/26/17 and had received email stating I could finish on arrival. That's fine but I didn't traval abroad until 2018. On arrival State side I was told my application expired????? Nothing in email or anything in application process said anything about expiring. So I lost my first $100.00 and no one to talk to. 2nd try 7/30/19 but this time I was going to schedule final interview at PDX. Another $100.00 and after processing it showed no interviews for Portland. I went to the Portland Homeland Offices and told I was out of luck. I was planning trip to Puerto Rico and noticed an office there and was going to schedule final interview. Now it doesn't show on their list..why do they keep doing this to me. I will again lose another $100.00 since I will be returning to yet unknown airport and won't be going through Global. Quite the racket they have going.....What can I do to finish if I'm not currently leaving the country??

You will need the invoice that you received when you bought the gold. You can try to do the customs clearance yourself, but expect a fair amount of running around.
No at all. Go to the post office near you. They will handle it.
