I am an RN. I had a contract to work at hospital in portland and the contract was abruptly canceled. I went through orientation and 1 twelve hour shift( approximately 20 hours) the company refused to pay me. In hindsight it was illegal( per labor board) but I was busy looking for my next contract. They made up many reasons why they felt justified but in the end it was illegal… do not work for this dishonest company.

At the beginning it wasn’t so bad. However, recently it has become quite terrible to work for them as an agency. I say this due to my recent experience with their payroll team not only messing up my check once but twice. The first time they found the mistake but when they went to pay it out they did not pay out everything. I had to wait till I got back in town to realize there was still missing time that was supposed to be paid from the first error. The other thing is they do not tell you that you should have two time cards filled out for doubles. I have worked here for over a year and have always just submitted one time card for a double. This shows the lack of their communication to clinical staff but then say you should know this when it come was never brought up in orientation. The other thing is even when you put on your time card you were only able to take one lunch they will still take that lunch out. This is what happened to me and they tried saying it wasn’t initialed along with there being no note. Since when do we put notes on these tiny time cards. Also when it comes to your yearly evaluation be prepared to fight for yourself because no one will except you. I was told by compliance I had 4 call offs which was not the case and had to use my lunch break to get it solved. Sure enough I was right that I only had two call offs but it took over 30 minutes since she said they typically don’t dig this deep into stuff like this. They will tell you false things more often than not as well. Honestly the only reason I am still with them is I love the facility I work at along with the staffer Rosa. Rosa will go above and beyond to help you along with you really feel listened to.

I have never worked for a staffing agency as rude and unresponsive as integrated. I've been berated over situations out of my control such as being exposed to covid but being publicly shamed by management for reporting contact tracing. Save yourself the trouble and never apply to a place as unprofessional as integrated

Worked with Integrated as an RN multiple times, was able to stay pretty consistently busy, had good assignments. Did RN sedation, ASC’s- Pre-Op/PACU, clinics, Vaccine clinics. Communication and Staffing were excellent. The key to getting work in any agency is to start taking assignments and shine, so those clients want to call for you by first name to come back to their facility. It was easy to do that personal branding, and keep getting booked at the same facilities. The only issues that experience were those associated with any agency: being canceled, or arriving at facility and finding out you were canceled but not informed. Those issues were relatively rare, and not as often as I’ve had at other agencies. Staffers were good about finding you a replacement shift in most cases.

Iirc, you don't need to be vaccinated and they do accept religious exemptions, but it's a state mandate and a lot of facilities aren't working with exemptions at all. Call Integrated for details re: pay.
That is incorrect. We do hire caregivers in Oregon. Call the office tomorrow!
