After 3 months I finally contacted them via the # ending in 5400. They were helpful in clarifying my answers on claim form. But then weeks went by I called for days finally an answer 5-1/2 hrs. later then put on hold only to be hung up on after 2-1/2 more hours. But finally the money came through. Keep trying people ! Redial redial redial. From opening till they answer best on Tue.- Thur. Thank you to staffers I know you're way over worked.

Everytime you call no matter what number it is ALWAYS busy. You cannot get through to anyone!! You will literally call back on the number they provided or called from when they leave you a voicemail and then you cannot get through!!!! This isn't right!

It does usually take a long time to get through anything with them, but my biggest complaint is that they /never/ answer their phone. I've tried calling and calling to ask an important question, and it just rings. There is not even an answering machine.
