The only useful thing they were willing to do for me was a discount bus pass. They were unwilling to provide any training options just avoiding my question and giving me no option but go back to the service industry They sent me to New Avenues for youth when I was almost 24, clearly disrespectful to treat me like a teenage runaway

I came to NewStart with nothing, no identification, nothing. I needed help from basically rock bottom. Amazingly they have provided so many resources and one on one case management. I now have my birth certificate paid for, my glasses paid for, monthly bus pass, food and more to come.
