I have not made an appointment before and I was set up but most of the appointments are considered safe

First time delivering. Had a 10am appointment. Arrived at 830am. They said we cant take me in early because we have a 9am appointment truck. The truck never showed up and they knocked on my truck door at 950am. They could have taken me a little earlier. Unload took 1hr 1/2. I would go back but I guess closer to my appointment time.
