Went in this weekend and had a great experience even with them having a lot of customers. They answered all my questions and even answered some I didn't know I had. They helped me look at a bike I needed and not just at the one I thought I wanted. I was picking for the wrong reasons and would not have been happy with my own choice.

I have been researching ebikes for a while and this shop is the only one in Portland who sells Aventon. I am not about buying a multi thousand dollar item without some kind of hands on experience. I went to the shop to show my wife the bike I was looking at purchasing. I had been struggling to explain to her why I would want an e bike. The owner did a MUCH better job at explaining it than I ever could. Such a great job that my wife decided to buy one as well. It was not a hard core sales pitch or constant push to upsell. Only information on the product which is my preferred method. It's a small family run shop with a small staff, be patient.in the hour that we were there, 4 different groups of people came in to ask questions. They did an incredible job at juggling customers. For those reviewers who complain about the owners "rude or curt" responses. She is just a straight forward person with direct responses. Don't expect expect hand holding and coddling, be an adult.

It was an uncomfortable experience. I gave my price range for what I was looking for and am immediately shown a bike that was $1700 more than what I was looking for. I researched the models before I came in knew They had several bikes available within my price range but the young man on the sales floor was doing everything he could to steer me away from those and onto something considerably more expensive. I didn't appreciate it.

Sarah was awesome to work with! We went in having no clue about electric bikes, just the brand we had been interested in and she took the time to explain everything and not try to oversell us on anything we did not need. Really awesome family run store, and we left feeling confident in our purchase. The bike is freaking awesome and fun to ride, and I know I have someone who will have my back when I need help with a popped tire or anything else that comes with ownership! Would recommend to anyone!

Hi Anthony! We do not have any training wheels at the moment, sorry! We also try to encourage our customers to avoid the use of training wheels if they're comfortable with doing so, simply because training wheels can teach some habits that are hard to unlearn once they are removed. That said, each person has to do whatever they're comfortable with and is best for them! We hope you're able to find some!
It works great! It is a class 3 meaning it has a pedal engaged throttle and does 28mph. It is a 48volt Samsung battery and a Baffang 500(750 peak) motor. They are an adjustable comfort fit bike. You ride it just like a regular bike but like you grew superman legs. You can use the throttle once the motor has been engaged.
Alexis, We do work with Acima. It seems to be a good fit for the people who choose to use it.
Pricing on BMX Wheel Components can vary widely. A standard set of BMX Wheels with a 9T Driver ranges from $179 for the set to $260 on up. If you have specific questions please give the store a call and we can help you further.
They range in price but on average they are 29.00$
Just about 5 minutes, our guys have a lot of practice :)
We sell Academy, Cult, Colony, Fit, Sunday for the most part. WE have a decent election of about 35 bikes built and more we can build. Also what makes us different is that we offer Free Lifetime service on all our bikes, meaning you will never pay for labor on one of our bikes. That makes us very vigilant about the brands and quality of bikes we bring in. Some of our favorite brands of the recent past have sold out to large companies with big marketing dollars who have used the names and are making substandard bikes and parts. Our job is to stay on top of that and get you a quality bike at the best price. All that to say...we would love to help get your son on a great bike.
